A clear example is that all of HASPAC TUNA’s bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus) comes from suppliers compliant with ICCAT regulations (International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas).
This species is one of the most internationally controlled with a management policy that is regulated based on scientific reports created by its Scientific Committee (SCRS).
All our bluefin tuna products are provided with their corresponding EBCD documentation (Electronic Bluefin Tuna Catch Documentation Program) that guarantees full traceability from the moment of capture.

Controlled and verified catch from origin. We conduct continuous audits at the source to ensure absolute control.
On-board ultra-freezing at −60°C to preserve maximum quality. Ultra-freezing also enables improved traceability optimization.
Full identification and documentary control of each batch in accordance with ICCAT guidelines. We only supply tuna with eBCD.
