Our commitment is based on the principles of the global movement “United Nations Global Compact” whose objective is to help companies promote the Sustainable Development Goals agreed for 2030.

Our respect for the oceans leads us to build a positive impact on the environment we live in.

We work exclusively with sustainable fisheries that help preserve the diversity of marine resources. In the case of bluefin tuna, we only offer adult specimens that have the ICCAT (International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas) certificate and that have been harvested with the Ike-Jime technique, which allows to obtain the optimal quality through a stress-free method.

We promote a sustainable and responsible management model that actively seeks valuable actions for society and builds a better future for oncoming generations.
